Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, US and Canada. Shipping is calculated at the checkout but a guide is provided below:

UK – flat rate shipping (£5.00)

Europe and Ireland: weight-based shipping: 

• 0 – 0.9kg = £10
• 1 – 2kg = £15
• 2.1 – 3kg = £25

US and Canada: weight-based shipping: 

• 0 – 0.9kg = £18
• 1 – 1.5kg = £28
• 1.6 – 2kg = £33
• 2.1 – 3kg = £45

Returns

We will happily accept returns made within 7 days of receipt, no questions asked. Items can be returned for a full refund, less shipping or for a full credit which will include the original shipping fees. You are responsible for returning the item(s) and we are not responsible for any uninsured parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be received in the same condition that it was shipped to you, otherwise they will not be honored.
