Mexico Lace Agate is a variety of banded Chalcedony, a mineral of the Quartz family. It is predominantly white, with layers of creamy browns, blacks and grays, some may include layers of yellow ochre, gold, scarlet and red. Its banding is a beautiful free flow of nature, each ones physical pattern is completely unique with large swirls, banding, and orbicular formation.
This crystal has only been found in northern Mexico, more specifically in the state of Chihuahua.
